Bill of Rights Sail to Anacapa Island CA, July 1 2012 - The Bill of Rights, a 137' double mast gaff rig top sail schooner sailed to Anacapa Island boarding from the Channel Island Harbor in Oxnard, CA. Visitors relax and enjoy many opportunities to view seals and sea lions, Arch Rock, high coastal island sea cliffs as well as other marine life in its natural state.
