Concorso Italiano 2015: Fine Stuff
Monterey CA, Aug 16 2015 - Concorso Italiano 2015: Fine Stuff (not stuffy!)
The screaming rumble incoming through the canyons of the Monterey peninsula is a sign the great August migration is under way. The procession of foreigners of all colors leads to a world quality gathering of Italian culture, cars, fashion and cuisine. Concorso Italiano is a Monterey Car Week staple, attracting Italian built motor craft from across the country to the Blackhorse Golf Resort. While the green field is heavily swathed in red, there is at least one car of every other color possible.

Gary Bobileff introduces Concorso Italiano 2015 with the vigor of an Italian automobile fanatic. He describes the Concorso culture as more friendly and communal – not “stuffy” as some other car shows may be. You can go up to any of the participants and they’d be happy to talk to you about their car.
