Irwindale Speedway Announces 2013 Season

With the announcement that Irwindale Speedway would resume NASCAR stock car racing on Saturday April 6, 2013. It follows, of course, that open practice sessions were needed to be set up for stock car teams to get back on track after not running a 2012 season at the San Gabriel Valley venue. Saturday(s) March 16 and 30 are the days and the public is invited to come out and get a pre-season look at the action.

Pit gates will open at 9AM and practice will run from 11AM - 4PM.
The price for the session is $100.00 per car.

SPECIAL WELCOME BACK DEAL:
Irwindale Speedway is making a special WELCOME BACK! deal for all of their racing teams: A 50% discount either of these two practice sessions just for picking up the driver's 2013 NASCAR license and two crew licenses prior to, or at the practice. License forms are now available at the Speedway offices, and will be available at the track meetings (below) and practice sessions.

DRIVER, OWNER, & CREW CHIEF MEETINGS:
Prior to the first practice sessions Race Director Mike Atkinson will hold a series of track meetings for NASCAR drivers, car owners, and crew chiefs on the following schedule:
