That single-mindedness works in the game’s favor, largely because Most Wanted effortlessly imparts a gut-twisting, exhilarating rush. Need For Speed: Most Wanted is in essence a fantasy game; the fantasy of racing expensive cars ludicrously fast without fear of injury or legal repercussion.
